We ship worldwide with COLISSIMO or DHL

France : 8,00 € ( takes 3-4 days )
Europe : 20 € ( takes 5-7 days )
All other countries : 30 € ( takes 7-10 days )

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification that will include tracking information. If you don’t receive this, please check your spam folder. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing, pending availability and credit card verification. This may take longer during special releases or major holidays. Please note, AXEL WILLIAM does not ship on weekends.

Axel WILLIAM not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit. All risks associated are assumed by the courrier.

 

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

AXEL WILLIAM ships internationally. 

All international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid (DDU). Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout. The customer is responsible for all customs, duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns must be sent back within 14 days and in perfect original sale condition, unworn. Tags must not be broken.

We can't refund your original or return postage costs.

To initiate a return, please email shop@axelwilliam.com to request a return authorization and return instructions.

Exchanges can be made for a different size or color of the original style ordered. If you would like to exchange your item for a different style, please return your items for a refund and place a new order for the style you would like. 

A full refund will be issued immediately upon the arrival and inspection of your return. Depending on your payment provider, it can take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to post to your account.

If AXEL WILLIAM determines that any products are not in original condition, a refund or exchange will not be guaranteed and the items will be returned to you.
